Wonderful for beginners, seniors, pregnant women, and anyone healing from injuries. Uses two blankets and two blocks to modify and support each pose. A slower pace to learn the positions and how your body responds.
Best for beginnersGreat for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. More strengthening, cardio and deeper stretching than a gentle class, with positions and routines held a little longer to tone the body.
All levelsFor those wanting more challenging positions and transitions. A faster pace that still welcomes beginners and seasoned yogis. Inversions are offered to heal the body and calm the mind.
More challengeFor everyone. Designed to unwind and balance the body and mind at the end of the day, with relaxing, restorative positions and more time for deeper stretches.
Best for beginnersDone with two blankets and blocks or bolsters. Positions are held 10 to 15 minutes to relax body and mind, typically 5 to 10 poses in a session.
Deep restAn all-levels class to unwind while getting a relaxing stretch, with live healing music such as crystal bowls and gongs during the final poses.

What makes Ja Yoga unique: each day of the week focuses on a different area of the body and its corresponding chakra, or energy center, so you can strengthen and stretch the whole body over the week.
Mic opened Ja Yoga in 2008 and still teaches through the week. Alongside the poses, he relaxes the mind by taking students on a journey through his storytelling.
Leslie teaches all-levels classes and uses Reiki energy to aid others on their healing journey. Together, Mic and Leslie keep Ja Yoga growing and evolving for the community.
